Even though Las Vegas has escorts hanging around nearly every casino and bar, there are also lots of “civilian” women hanging around as well. For those who don’t know, a “civilian” or “civvie” woman just means a girl who isn’t an escort.
In some cases, you might want to try your hand at picking up one of these women on your next trip to Vegas. Of course, it usually takes a little more effort, and you generally can’t just walk away free & clear when it’s all over like you can with a hooker. But still, it can be fun.
However, picking up women in Vegas is a little different than your hometown bar, and this is where most guys make their biggest mistake. They come and try to pick up women like back home, and it’s the totally wrong way.

The Vegas Strip & Fremont are Tourist Destinations
This seems obvious, but it’s the biggest thing guys miss when coming to Vegas. They forget that every group of single women they see at the bar or walking around is on vacation.
Most guys, even the best-looking guys, have a bit of hesitation when approaching women cold. That’s totally normal, and it’s usually because you don’t know if the women you’re approaching are even interested in being talked to or meeting a guy.
At your local bar back home, a group of women could just be out for drinks and want to talk about planning a baby shower or some other random thing, and they have no interest in some guys coming over and flirting.
But every location in Vegas is completely different. Every woman or group of women is on vacation. They want some kind of excitement or exciting time, and they’re pretty much all open to any type of flirting.
That doesn’t mean you’ll score every time. But your odds of success in Vegas are probably 10X higher than at some local bar back in your hometown.
Every woman here without a man wouldn’t mind some guy approaching her and trying to hit on her.
This means you can’t be shy, hesitant, or unwilling to make your move in Vegas.
If you and your buddies are walking and a group of women gives you a quick glance, go over and say a quick hello and ask what they’re up to.
You’ll be surprised at the reaction you get.
Like I said, I know this sounds obvious, but I see so many guys and groups of guys who totally miss this. They’ll be at the casino bar or sitting at a table and wondering how they can find some women.
I’ve even had groups of guys ask me where they can find some women or “where do the single women go”. I always reply, “They’re all over the place, you’re just not asking any of them to come over.”
Advice For Couples
Some couples come to Vegas and look for a threesome or another swinger couple. For this, the same advice usually applies. There are plenty of swinger couples in Vegas at almost any time.
If you’re a couple and you spot another couple you think might be interested, don’t be afraid to spark up a conversation. You’ll figure it out pretty quickly, so there’s no need to be hesitant like back home.
The more upscale casino bars and the pools are the main areas to look at if you are interested in finding couples.
A Few More Tips For Finding Women in Vegas
Fremont Street (or downtown) is usually best for this type of thing. It’s much easier to walk around and meet women who are just walking around themselves with no real set agenda or place to go.
It’s easy to strike up a conversation as you’re walking and then wander into a bar or casino to carry on and see where the night goes.
Another thing is to use gambling to your advantage. Most women traveling alone or with other female friends have no idea how to gamble. If they mention they want to gamble but don’t know how or where to go, this is the perfect chance to make your move.
Finally, none of this is “pick up” advice or anything like that. I’m just explaining that the dynamics of a Vegas casino are far different than your local bar when it comes to meeting women.
If you understand that, a whole new world will open up to you, and you just might end up with a trip to remember.
