If you’ve ever had a conversation with people about prostitution in Vegas, you’ve probably heard two completely different perspectives.
Some people say they see hookers everywhere while vacationing here, while other people swear they’ve never seen a single prostitute while visiting the Las Vegas Strip.
Part of that is because some people don’t even realize when they see a hooker in a casino. But other times, people may just hang out at places that don’t have many hookers.
Having spent years in Las Vegas and having spoken to countless escorts, I’m going to break down which areas have the most hookers.
Downtown Vs The Strip
Vegas is actually two main areas. There’s the Las Vegas Strip, which is probably what most people envision when they think of Las Vegas. It’s where the Bellagio, MGM, Caesars, and all the main casinos are.
The second big location is known as “downtown” or “Fremont Street”. This used to be called “old Vegas” because that’s where the city originally started decades ago. But today, it offers more of a street party vibe.
This distinction is important because the hookers tend to switch between the Vegas Strip and Fremont Street. They go back and forth because of how security treats them. When the hookers start to become too common in one location, security starts to crack down and kick them out. Then, the hookers move to the other location until it happens all over again.
I know that was a little long-winded, but it’s important to answer the question about where the most hookers are, and I’ll explain why next.
Fremont Street has the Most Hookers in the Smallest Area
If you want the highest concentration of hookers in the most easily accessible area, then Fremont is your choice. I’m not saying they have the best hookers or escorts, but they have the most who are just walking around freely and easy to spot.
Because Fremont Street is only for walking traffic (no cars allowed), you can easily hop from casino to casino within minutes. On the Las Vegas Strip, it can take you 30 minutes or more to get from one casino to another, and that’s if they’re right next to each other.
This means that hookers on Fremont Street dip into each casino, look around for customers, then dip out and walk to the next one. The result is that not only are hookers in the casino, but they’re walking around all over the place as they go from casino to casino.
This is most obvious in the warmer months, where you’ll see countless hookers strolling around.
But as I said earlier, this doesn’t mean the Fremont escorts are the best, it’s just where the most are.
The Las Vegas Strip Still Has Plenty of Escorts
But don’t worry, the Vegas Strip still has tons of hookers, they’re just a little harder to find. In Vegas, you sort of have to plant yourself at one casino and hope that an escort you like happens to be working there.
Overall, the Wynn generally has the highest-end escorts working there. Of course, looks are subjective, but hookers working at the Wynn assume the customers there have deep pockets, so they charge more.
A girl who charges $300 on Fremont Street will try to charge $1,000 if she’s working the Wynn.
The Venetian is another hot spot. I can usually sit at the bar there, and within 10 minutes, an escort will sit down next to me and try to get my attention.
The main bar at Fontainbleu was a huge magnet for hookers. Since it’s a new casino, I think the management decided to “look the other way” to try to attract customers. I was there several times over the summer in 2025, and there were often more hookers than customers at the bar.
Something To Watch Out For
Something that happens to a lot of guys on the strip is that because they are limited to choosing from the escorts who happen to be hanging out at the casino they’re at, they end up making bad choices. This leads to them getting robbed or scammed.
Just be aware that no matter where you meet an escort in Vegas or how hot she is, the risk of getting scammed by a Vegas hooker is the same. The ugly ones scam just as much as the hot ones.
If you’re in a fancy casino bar at the Wynn, don’t assume the girls won’t try to roll you.
But in the end, if you want the most variety possible in the smallest area, then Fremont Street is your choice.
If you’re going for higher-end, keep your guard up, but try the nicer properties at the strip like The Wynn, The Venetian, or Cosmo. Plant yourself at the casino bar, and you’ll have a few try to make eye contact with you or just sit right next to you. I have an article here on how to spot a hooker in a Vegas casino.
